Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your This Darling Day purchase so if for any reason you are not happy with what you have received, it is the incorrect size, or you’ve simply changed your mind please email us as soon as possible at hello@thisdarlingday.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return and we will endeavour to help you out as quickly as possible. 

We will happily offer a full refund (less any shipping charges) if you change your mind. 

We will happily exchange your item if you require a different size or simply want to swap it for something else. 

Please note for all refunds we do not refund the shipping costs of the initial purchase. Any shipping cost to return the item to us is the responsibility of the customer and we do not cover this cost. 

We require all change of mind returns and all exchanges to be sent back to us in original, as new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached. If a garment we receive does not meet these conditions we will be unable to refund or exchange it and it will be returned to you. 

All our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality control before being sent to you. If an item you receive is faulty please email us at hello@thisdarlingday.com.au with your order number so we can rectify the issue.
