Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping within Australia: 

All orders placed within Australia will be sent with tracking via Australia Post and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. 

 

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $120

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 for all orders under $120

Express shipping is a flat rate of $17.95

 

Estimated shipping times within Australia are below: 

• Standard shipping within NSW: 2-5 business days 

• Standard shipping to all other states: 3-6 business days 

• Express shipping within NSW: 1-2 business days 

• Express shipping to all other states: 2-3 business days 

 

*Important things to note:  

Please allow extra time for all orders to Western Australia, Far North Queensland and Northern Territory.  

 

While we aim to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible after your order has been placed, all shipping timeframes are estimates and once your parcel is dispatched it is out of our hands and is in the care of Australia Post so we have no control over shipping timeframes or any delays. We also cannot guarantee a delivery date, although we wish we could! 

If you require your parcel within a certain timeframe, we highly recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout. 

 

International Shipping:

International shipping is FREE for orders over $200 AUD and a flat rate of $19.95 for orders under $200 AUD. 

 

All international parcels are sent via standard post with tracking and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way to you. 

International Shipping will take approximately 8-28 days to arrive depending on your location.

 

While we aim to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible after your order has been placed, all shipping timeframes are estimates and once your parcel is dispatched it is out of our hands so we have no control over shipping timeframes or any delays. We also cannot guarantee a delivery date, although we wish we could! 

 

Please note, international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees and charges as defined by the country of importation. This Darling Day assumes no responsibility for any additional fees or charges incurred by the customer and all fees and charges must be paid by the parcel recipient. This Darling Day does not cover or reimburse any additional fees or duties billed to the customer.
